Absolutely everything. The receptionists were both very helpful and attentive, when I was called through the nurse was really kind and extremely helpful. I was sent for an xray and again both the receptionist and radiographer were helpful.

All the staff were very helpful. The receptionist (Sue) kept me informed of waiting times etc and Nurse Rachel was very kind and helpful.

Disabled parking very easy. Didn’t have to wait to be seen - staff kind, helpful and understanding.

The nurse practitioner (double barrelled last name ending in Joy) was superb. He was so caring and considerate. I had absolute confidence in his diagnosis and advice and he was really good at explaining everything. I’m glad I got this chance to provide feedback as the service I received by him (and every member of staff I interacted with) was first class. We are very lucky to have the NHS and such a great service as Henley.

There was a bit of a wait - around 90min - but I was kept well informed.
